How to quote a ride?

Just fill out the form, and we will review the details - you will receive an email with the price and the deposit needed to secure your transportation.​

How to book?

Click the “Book Now” button and complete the reservation form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to make your deposit and secure your spot. Payments are processed through PayPal, allowing you to safely use any major credit card on one of the world’s most trusted and secure payment platforms.

Is a minimum number of participants required?

This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants.​

Where do I meet the guide?

The guide will enter 30 minutes after your plane lands and will be located in Terminal #2 by the door P-17 if you travel with Copa Airlines, United or KLM/Air France. You can also select at the form what time you need the guide to show up at the airport.

What happens if my flight gets delayed?

We can wait if your flight is delayed, as this is a private tour. We monitor the flight. If the flight is cancelled, unfortunately is something out of our control and the deposit will not be refunded.

How long does it take to exit the terminal or pass immigration?

Normally, it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete the process from the time the plane lands to exit the terminal.

Do you cover other destinations?

Yes, we also cover other destinations in Panama, such as Boquete, El Valle de Antón, Santa Catalina, Boca Chica, and Pedasí.

For longer distance trips, we provide an English-speaking driver to ensure you enjoy a smooth and comfortable ride to your destination while also getting helpful details and insights along the way.

Are all drivers English-speaking?
No, we have a limited number of English-speaking drivers, and we assign them as bookings come in. For long-distance trips, we do our best to provide an English-speaking driver. However, during high season, you may be driven by a local Spanish-speaking driver who is highly experienced and knowledgeable about driving on all highways and roads in Panama.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity starts. Any cancellations after this time or no-shows on the day will not be refunded.
