ITINERARY

​

Our guide will collect you at the airport, port, or location you prefer. We will head to the Panama Canal Visitors’ Center at Miraflores Locks where ships can be seen transiting the waterway (Depending on the Canal schedule). Please bring US Cash or credit card to pay your entrance fee which is $17.22 per adult & $7.22 per kid (6-12 years old)

We will drive around the famous Cerro Ancon inside the former U.S. Canal Zone and out to the islands along the Amador Causeway for the best view of Panama’s skyline and a stop at the colorful PANAMA sign and newly built Biomuseo biodiversity museum designed by internationally renowned architect, Frank Gehry.

Then, we will stroll along the charming cobblestone streets of Casco Antiguo. Tracing its history to 1673 and filled with splendid Colonial architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is today one of Panama City’s liveliest districts. There are ​Local and Indigenous arts & crafts at Casco Antiguo.

We will drive around Cinta Costera, Fish Market, and Modern City.

​

Finally, we will head back to your pick-up location or port​

IMPORTANT: At the Miraflores Visitor Center there is a major renovation going on so the line to buy the ticket may last 30 minutes or more. The Imax movie is about 40 minutes, but if a Ship is passing by, it is better to see the real action.

WHAT TO BRING:  Hat, Cap, Sunglasses, Comfortable shoes, Light & comfortable clothes, Cash (USD) for meals and souvenirs.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY:  Easy, some stairs. Most travelers can participate.

Worry-free tour reservation. A deposit is not required until we confirm the tour. We will kindly ask for a deposit by PayPal or Visa/Mastercard. The balance may be paid in US dollars when you meet your guide.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE IN A LAYOVER ONLY

​

- A passport valid for at least 6 months past the date of entry.

- If you come from a Cruise Ship, just bring any ID only.

- A return ticket to the home country or onward destination.

- Sometimes immigration officers ask for economic solvency which means that you should have $500 in cash or its equivalent, credit card, or bank statement. It is to show them not to turn it over.

- No Covid-19 restrictions since September, 15th  2022.

Cancellation Policy

 

For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

​

For a 50% refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience, with no refund after that.

 

Changes can only be made with 24 hours' notice.
